The first impression, from the picture that you posted, isn't very positive although the top left one would need a more careful inpection. The camo job on the three at the base does not look convincing to me.

I've seen these pictures at GDC, I'm suspicious of every camo/chickenwire shown.

I saw a few helmets from this outfit at the SOS. I cant say whether or not I saw the particular helmets that are shown in the above photo.

A few of their helmets look OK, others maybe no.

As Ty said, none of the camo lids in the above photo are particularly convincing.

I would be a good idea to investigate the return policy if you are interested in bidding on any of these lids.

That combination is not particularly odd and, frankly, the beaded one looks the more convincing of the bunch

I emailed the auction house to seek more information on headgear (not helmets) in this auction, I received in the mail a list of what was up for auction, no additional photos and they said that they came from an old collection which wants to stay anonymous.

With the pieces I was interested in, I'd want to hold in my hand before purchase. I have no opinion on the steel that was the subject of this theread.

I have seen lot 960 before somewhere and the general opinion was 'very bad.'
