Helmet m40 - need help!

Hello. I want to buy this helmet in one store. Tell me please whether it is original? And what price for him will be optimal?

Not the best pictures but the shell and liner look to be original. A Strache decal on an M40 is not a good combination however. Not convinced that decal has been on that helmet since 1943. What is the maker and lot number? I would not pay much for this helmet.

I agree with Terry. Closer, more detailed shots of the liner would help too.

Also, your watermarks obscure some of the details we need to see to make a better evaluation.
