    M35 Heer SD Reissue

After getting burned on the first helmet that I purchased I took the advice of fellow forum members and purchased one through the E-Stand. I must stay that I am very happy with this one and best of all I know it’s an authentic helmet. The shell is an EF66, 4705 and the entire inside of the shell is painted the same apple green.

Looks like a good reissue Heer lid to me. I would be interested to know the date in the liner band.. some show later war 43-44 dates and some have earlier recycled 40 onward liner bands.. Johnno.

Classic reissue, though it looks like someone dug out the decal.

Congratulations mate, very nice start. Must feel good to actually have an original RE-issue helmet that has zero concerns over its originality.

Welcome to a very cool world where very soon you will be consumed by it 😜👍

When I get off work I will take a look and see if i can find the date on the liner.

I checked the date in the liner band and it's 1942.

It does feel good to own a piece of original history and i am looking forward to more.

              Cheers
