After getting burned on the first helmet that I purchased I took the advice of fellow forum members and purchased one through the E-Stand. I must stay that I am very happy with this one and best of all I know it’s an authentic helmet. The shell is an EF66, 4705 and the entire inside of the shell is painted the same apple green.

Looks like a good reissue Heer lid to me. I would be interested to know the date in the liner band.. some show later war 43-44 dates and some have earlier recycled 40 onward liner bands.. Johnno. -
