    In post #3 the bottom picture....

    Why is there a green liner rivet in the middle of a brown stripe?

    That is the only thing that bothered me when I was watching it on eBay.

            Sorry guys for the late reply! I have been traveling and forgot to check the post.

            As for the helmet, I am surprised to hear the opinions, but do understand the concern. When I first got it, I thought it may have been cleaned - but definitely an original camo.

            I guess I will need to do some investigating!

              I wouldn't be so quick to condemn this camo. I think this thick camo type would tend to flake off easily if it had been applied over a slightly damp surface. The patina and colors look very convincing to me. I would be curious to see if the split pins are untouched.

                  Third.

                  I know Im bias, but IMHO the wear looks pretty consistent and natural with the helmet. Liner pins do not look replaced and also show similar patterns of the shell.
