Hi Tom, looking at the recent prices of SS camo covers lately, I think that the Heer covers are appreciating very rapidly commensurate with the recent original Waffen-SS Camo Cover valuations..There are just not that many around anymore (SS,HEER) ..period. I have only run across one Heer cover by chance recently as I am not actively collecting these but definitely see the huge investment potential . It would be very interesting to see if any forum member has an Heer camo cover with the affinity to the helmet. I have seen some beautiful examples posted looking at some past contributions of this cover and this one. Very nice pieces of history and great job collecting.

Great pictures you have there. I love the helmet covers, both Heer and SS. A website I often look over has them from time to time and they always go like crazy: www.germanmilitaria.com They have a couple first pattern SS covers for about the price one would expect their first-born to bring.
