I looked at the prior post and several members gave it the . Personally I like it. The liner isn't normal but I have a M43 with a similar liner. Mine appears to have been replaced.Whether it was done during or after the war is anyones guess. Jim

Without actually holding it, I'd have to say that its either a tailored piece or a production piece with replaced liner. I like the cloth, construction, wear etc. Generally repros tend to be in much better shape even with artificial aging. The cloth used suggests mid to late war in my mind. If the price was fair I'd take a chance on it.Jim

Hi Szym,

Even if this cap turns out to be genuine, it's still no Bergmuetze. Original Bergmuetzen are very hard to find. If you're looking for one, you'd better pass on this one and save your money incase one comes along ...
