M40 need help please

Hi there to all & thanks in advance for any help given i have a M40 Q64 482. Well thats what i can see as the code is very faint it's at the rear of the helmet I've searched the web but nothing comes up at all so if anyone here can help a guy out that'll be great as it's driving me nuts now & just want to know.
