I really would like to get som opinions on that helmet.I think that it is a real KM helmet and not a toned Heer.The chinstrap is KM marked too.

I concur, its original. It helped that you get a really large picture of the eagle decal when the whole picture is loading. At least I did.

I want to thank you all very much for your comments on this helmet !


I have no special story about this helmet . I bought it from a dealer here in Austria four years ago.
I now think that he did not recognize this as a KM helmet , because I got it for a very nice price.

I forgot to add that it is a ET 62 shell.The chinstrap is maker marked with
"Carl Tesch , Berlin 1938 "
No dome stamp visible . Because the liner band is so tight , i do not dare to look for the maker and year.

Next time I want to show some pics of a M 35 Heer in even better condition than this one.
