M35 snow camo helmet what do you think?

Hello,
Just bought an m35 helmet. Looking further into it there is texture under the white paint. Furthermore I noticed red decal on left side. The inside looks repainted and no liner. Thoughts? Would love to hear what you think.

Looks like it was painted with liner rivets out, which is not a good sign for a field camo IMHO
