I could be wrong but my gut instinct is with Robb on this one. I feel the liner doesn't match with the exterior wear of the helmet. Because of the severe sweating in the hot climate most DAK liners are worse for wear with a exterior like this one. Just my 2 cents.. Johnno.

i think the leather is dark because of the severe sweating, but the pics arent the best.

Still not liking it with the new photos , the LW blue looks off , the decal of course needs a close-up.

Agree... is a kind of leather food or grease applied to protect it. Heavy sweat and wear gives a different aspect to leather. However I think that is an original liner and probably the original one but it is difficult to say from these pics.

yes a dark liner, but with sweating they dont get brighter only darker .. i think its a dark one from factory

For me this liner has been greased and that could be a RED FLAG,
the leather looks a tad reddish too, which could be trouble...here hand inspection would be required.
