Perhaps good....but I would have to do a hands on inspection. The fakers are getting really good at the liner replacement business.

No such thing as a perfect crime they usually make a mistake.

Thanks guys for your comments. I would have run away if i saw a leather so good preserved after 75+ years but it seems that it can actualy preserve its quality if good stored

I have seen helmets with nice liners as yours but they have a dry smell to the leather. If it is a fake liner they will have a more of a fresh smell of the leather in that cond. and the stitching of the liner will give it away as a repro or not...Also the size stamp will be soaked into the liner and feel slick to your fingers when you rub it if it is orig.
To me the one marked 61 looks ok jmo.

Not mine helmets, but as i have never seen such well preserved leather it was almost impossible for me that this would be WW2 period. Just amazing. My 7 years old leather couch is not as well preserved as this two

Can you show us some pics. of the inside of the liner that will help a lot for us to help you...the tie string eyelets will help if can show them. The liners are in such good shape that this will not hurt the liner if it's good or bad.

Looks like two original helmets in unissued condition. I found a Kriegsmarine helmet in the woodwork in Norway a few years back with a similar pristine liner.

Another one that I found in Norway. Factory painted M40 Q66 with overpainted decal. Found at a Luftwaffe base near Trondheim. Looks like it was never worn.
