So i picked this up the other day passing through Denver, CO. Didn't pay much for it which is nice because I'm not completely sure about the authenticity of it. From my understanding it seems to be a Fire helmet stationed on a Luftwaffe base tho it's missing the white band that most of them have. How original does it seem? Does the decal seem to be ok? It looks like it had the national shield on the other side but has been painted over. Is the paint that seems to have been added around the inside edge effect it?

Decals aren't good. The eagle is not correct in its graphics and wear; then the configuration is odd as well.
Being an m34 it would pretend to be a Luft fire brigade helmet, if original; the issue is that it should have a tricolor rather than a party decal.

Why was the liner removed? helmets 101 basic rules-we don't remove a liner. Period.
Not a biggie here because the helmet was a bogus one but still...I cringed when I saw the liner out.

Yes never remove the liner, had that been a fine combat helmet you woulds have got Dogs abuse . Luckily the helmet is crap. RobGod please take justin bieber and gave us dio backComment
