I don't have a full overview of all KM officers, in particular the reserve and other types of non-active officer classes of which there were a very large number. However there is one officer that may fit. There was a Heinrich Hennecke of the marine artillerie who amongst other things commanded the 1 then 3 marine bord-flak abteilung. He ended the war as a Korvettenkapitän.
