yes it is in fiber glass like a m1 liner and the insignias on both side are just stickers in paper. The size is small and the british liner does not fit well with the helmet. The only thing im sure is it is quite old, i would say between 1945 and 1950

its probably an early movie set prop...or maybe a toy helmet but in your country of France i dont think they would have manufactured Wehrmacht toys for kids to dress up as...

Astracan, I don't think it was made that far back, as these fibre glass ones started showing up in the 1970s, as I purchased one form a Military/Camping retail store here in Perth, but I can say, yours looks like it was made in someones back yard shed, compared to the one I had the quality of your's is poorly made, as the fibre glass finish inside of the helmet is poorly done.

            Hello,

Thank you for you opinions, maybe an helmet for theater rather than a toy due to the genuine uk liner.

            Regards

I think it is a movie prop.....Old Flags might know as he collects old WW2 era and after movie props ask him his thoughts.
Check out the date on the English liner.

With that info. I would say a movie prop.
