Would someone please let me how rare NSKK helmets are?
Which is the price range of a SD NSKK with a 85% decal?
Was NSKK primarily a fighting or training force, were they pushed into battle against the russian army?
Where pictures of original NSKK helmets can be studied on the internet?

Thank you for your replies. I could not see the decal on the camo properly because of the paint. Would someone give me a rough estimate value for this kind of helmets? What do you mean for not fair market value? Are they desired and sought after helmets?

Yes they're desirable. Price depends on how the helmet looks.

Hallo, NSKK used steel helmets with or without decal for their transportation groups (NSKK-Todt, NSKK-Speer, NSKK-Lw) and police forces (Verkehrskompanien, Verkehrsstaffeln).

Recently I have seen a NSKK-Lw to sold at price 1200€.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger. I didn't have any idea what an NSKK helmet would be worth but I did notice all the other prices ($1200 bucks for a single decal army helmet?! ). Not a place to buy from but still good to do some window shopping and a little drooling.

I am glad this thread came back. I started asking about NSKK helmets because one was offered to me. Not the one on warelics.
I was reluctant because this was the first time I was seeing one also because references on this kind of helmets are scant and I had no firm ground to make a decision.
The whole situation turned out really ugly. I will not be surprised if it pops up for sale somewhere in the near future.
I have been collecting helmets for relatively short time and I am still learning just learning. I have already been exposed to some ugly situations this is certainly one of them.
