M40 Camo opinions

Yo guys...

would like to get some opinions on this one. Was sold locally for scraps.
It has as rough texture sand / sawdust type of came with a green/blueish kind of underlayer underneath.

Was there something dripping on it? I see a lot of verticle lines going from dome to skirt.

Tough one,I also would expect more wear around the edges,pins and vent holes.

well spotted, yes... some sort of grey white mixtures. doesnt come off but dont want to scrubb it down.

Not the kind of wear i would like to see in a camo. Have a lot of doubts, wouldn´t like to have it in my collection

I respect that Ingigo. What are your doubts my friend, please share them.
I have my preservations also, but the things I see and feel just makes me believe it has a fair chance. Top is smooth, paint is cracked, both dark brown rust and original color underneath. Wear around the edges. Inside has fly rust and blue green color remaining. It has some storage issues, but color is real nice in my opinion.

It´s very strange the paint in the edges, the rivets and the vent holes, very thick.

The wear on top doesn´t seem very natural

Maybe it´s just a feeling, but don´t feel very comfortable with it

Not a problem, thats why I share it.
I have mixed feelings altough I lean to the positive side with the helmet in hand. The camo is very thick, this might explain it.

i don't like the inside. looks like it went through some chemical/heat treatment, perhaps. the discoloration of liner band and inside paint, etc.
