M18 Ear Cut Out Helmet-WW2 Reissue

M18 Ear Cut Out Helmet-Reissued with later liner & chin strap and a bright green repaint...Shell is stamped inside dome and below the ear section ET 64...The color is odd,but it appears to be original to the shell although painted over a heavily rusted surface...Another collector thought it was a Finnish used helmet.
