I want to know if the helmet comes off wo2, greetings Andre K.

looks like it was a good M40 Luft with black over-paint, perhaps for flak use. now that someone has taken it apart it's just that, a parts helmet

Good lord... I hope you didn't do it. But in your defense is the fact that you are a layman as you asked if this is a good WW2 helmet.
