I can't comment on the Luft decal (it looks OK) but the Army decal looks as right as rain

Heer Looks fine, need a clearer pic of the Luft decal.

Does the Heer decal look like it was reapplied over a previous decal, or what's with the silver border at the bottom? Will try to get a clearer pic of the luft decal.

Have you examined the decal with a loupe to determine if there is a second decal beneath the army? Might just be a manufacturing defect on the army decal.

The line on the Heer decal is a printing defect, I've owned them before like that..

That Heer looks to be either an NS or an EF and in fine shape, too.
