Hey gents, I'm being offered this helmet for just over 100usd. The gentleman got it from a World War 2 veteran some 50 years ago.

What are your opinions on the paint? Is it postwar or pre-war? And how about the liner?

To anwer your questions, that is a typical 1940's reissue, painted in the dark grey textured paint and given a M31 liner and chinstrap.
