                Yes, I agree with you. This one is full of odd and unnatural scratches. Personally, I would pass on this one.

                          I saw those and also thought they were brush strokes where the paint got thin

                            Based on the new pictures, the parallel marks do appear to be marks made by a paint brush rather than tool marks. Sorry for my original post, but it is important to post good quality pictures. We can only base an opinion based on the pictures you post.
