Obviously it's a 6 SS-Gebirgs Division 'Nord' lid. Left over from the fighting in october 1944 from Tornio up to Karusuando. The road there is just inside the Finnish border with Sweden and quite a few Germans ended up being interned in Sweden for one reason or another.
