For me 200 pounds its a good buy, it looks the part, the ageing is right, the only thing you need to do once you get there is check inside and see how the 3 helmet pins are then you will know if the liner is original to the helmet or if it was a replacement during War times you see the age.

There's lot of period photos where the paint on the pins is all gone , that is one of the things that makes this lid a bit more special , rob

Robb conveyed my thoughts as well. Period pix and film show lots of lids with the rivets having lost their paint.
