Is this helmet an ex-whitewash? Notice the build up is not just under but also around all three split pins and there is more in some scratches, vent holes and in the maker stampings. There is also the same substance found in quantity on the skirt. As you can see, the substance it has very subtle green tint to it.

. Note the holes are different sizes. And the fake chinstrap (added by a previous owner).
