German chin strap with Czech stamps

Heres a couple of pics of close to mint German chin straps with post war 1946 dated Czech army stamps..
These look look super fine time capsule pieces to me,what do you think

good,i remember in very early 90"s boxes of them offered in Germany by CZ dealers/collectors if i good remember 10 DM was for a set.

wow 10DM, doesn't seem that long ago either,I remember Germany beating Argentina in the world cup final in 1990 doesn't seem like 24yrs ago.
Time moves on so fast and the prices too.

But 10 DM was only at the beginning after the wall felt down and nobody liked
the CZ Army stamps you could find on many equipments ...
After that, they quickly understood and the prices went up !

Looks like a nice post war stamped set. It's good to see these posted every now and then. It reminds our newer collectors about these, as I have seen these straps with the marks blacked out. The sellers usually claim ignorance, or that it was done by the German soldier for some unknown reason. That way the seller can offer it as an untouched original example.

Agree. You can find the same stamp on Y straps, general purpose straps, .....I have a pair of ankle boots with the same stamp on the sole.
