Decals are bad

exterior has been repainted and re decaled ,interior paint and strap/liner look ok but would need better pictures for a thumbs up.

My friend would like to buy this helmet and many persons already have said that is untouched original DD police Helmet.

You need to get expert opinions on the decals. Maybe Francis can help? Looks like factory paint to me, and I see subtle aging to the lacquer on the decals. Reminds me of the minty Kriegsmarine I pulled out of the woodwork a few years ago.
