Waffen SS M-40sd

20 years ago I stumbled upon a local pawn shop and discovered this indirect vet-sourced helmet, only info I have is the veteran's nephew lived in Yreka CA, brought the helmet into the pawn shop whereupon I bought it.

I remember paying a pretty penny for the thing, offered the store owner $1,350.00 and went home with it. Tom Kibler included the helmet in his first volume. Thanks, Tom.

Unfortunately there's zero chance in our neck of the woods eh Bill...our so called pawn shops only have jewellery, dvd's, lawnmowers and surfboards!
