I can confirm, it is a Farina helmet. "Farina" is the surname of its inventor. It is very rare, and, unfortunately there are some fakes on the market. It was used from the "companies of the dead", soldiers engaged to face with real dangerous and critical assault. The "Farina" setup comprises helmet and other body protections.
