That's a very uncommon police configuration.
It's almost impossible to find a 40 ef police and if factory produced probably would have the ef style set ( commonly seen on 42).
This decal set is the one often found on police reissues....and they are usually heavily laquered...
This case could be a 40 police reissue? But it's the first I see.
This could also be factory decaled helmet even if the job looks very sloppy?
