Hello - I was unsure whether to post this here, or in the FJ forum, so please forgive me if I'm astray.
I am no expert on anything, much less Fallschirmjager helmets. I tried taking the photos in indirect natural light, so hopefully they are sufficient.
The paint on the inside appears as a blue-gray color, with traces of it underneath the camo paint on the outside.
The aluminum liner band has a "68" stamped in it between the helmet and the band, on the back - where the two spanner bolts are. Impossible to photograph without disassembling.
