Hi, would like to ask the opinion of the experts in this section of this 42 helmet that is for sale on the e.stand at the moment. I have 5 or 6 original helmets but none of them have the original paint that they left the factory with! I think this one is one of the better ones that has appeared on the stand of late. Very nice but pricey, I bought mine for $550 USD.
Not bashing this seller, but that helmet is highly priced for a SD M42
For it's price a reissue M35 or M40 would be affordable as well

Helmet opinions.

Thanks to one and all for your opinions, I like the sharper shape of the 42 helmet over the earlier helmets which is why I'm interested in this one, glad there are no red flags raised on this lid though, never know the seller might go lower on the price. Thanks, David.
