Yes, thought the same thing myself actually.

You nailed it one there Jean, those were my exact thoughts! I am not criticising your price here or anything, but I am fairly certain it won't have cost you near to 9600 euro when you bought it pieand?

        Nice helmet all the same...

Perhaps he needs the money, it will sell for what someone is prepared to pay for it, that's the game, we all know it

If i had the money and could afford it I would snap it up

Yes I understand that, we all let things go (and we all have to at some stage no matter what!) but it just seems really soon, 15 years is a long long time to have waited patiently for something or maybe its just me...

              I agree 100%, is a long time !

Perhaps he paid a lot for it and now realises he cant really afford it, we have all done that before haven't we ??

To be honest, its his helmet, he can do what he likes with it
I don't think we should be discussing it really ???

I agree, we've all done that! Anyway best of luck with the sale, I know if I had the money I'd be tempted

Yes, he can do what he likes with it, and we can talk about it if we feel like it, particularly when the forum is used as the location for sale and advertising.

By the way, I dont think I ever saw any of my posts getting so many +1's in a row. I am blushing as I write.

I agree with all these posts. I can't afford that helmet (at this price, at least) but if I had waited 15 years...I wouldn't let it go. I've got the tunic and Y straps but still waiting for the boots, helmet and trousers...
