Can easily see why so many collectors would think this one is bad, the cleaning does give the round bottom look which is seen a bit with cleaned decals as stated by Samir. Unless you can pick this one up cheap I would pass on it, it will always be a hard sell to move on, better off putting you money into a helmet with a decal that may have less percentage left but has period wear rather than the dreaded scouring pad Regards, Bill

Good decal, but heavily scrubbed or cleaned to the point that it lost much of its first layer of detail.
