Bad decals paint ect on a M40 shell... Drawstring is bad and I'm not a fan of the liner either. It's a shocker sorry to say

Bad paint, bad liner, bad decals, bad chinstrap. It's looking like a post war shell even. Are there any maker marks in the shell at least?
