Q62 Helmet for review

Hi All,
Haven't had a German helmet for a while and had a chance to get this M40 today. Marked,
Q62
N381

on the back skirt. Looks like dark grey repaint to me.

What do you all think? All opinions are welcomed.

Looks like the liner was replaced (seam doesn't even line up with the back like it should) repro liner, strap is suspect as well, shell seems okay paintwise. For some reason this one looks familiar...Craigslist?

Repro liner and strap. Paint is probably ok, but there's too much glare in your pics. Daylight pics would be better.
