    Chinstrap buckle question

    Hi guys,

    i'd like to ask if any expierenced people have doubts on the buckle in the picture below and if so can elaborate on why?

    I believe this to be an original buckle found on a few makers straps. Notably ftb44.

      I like this buckle , also the strap looks good too , are there any marking at the tip of the long strap?

        Thanks for commenting guys, its on a ftt44 strap. EDIT: might actually be ftb, it's just on the edge so hard to say wether it's t or half a b. Never thought of that before, thanks Paul!

          ftb44 straps are noted for having a faint stamp that's hard to read. It's definitely an ftb44 strap. Also that maker is noted for the very shiny black on the strap, which gets pretty cracked with age. It's a textbook ftb44 strap
