it's not an M35, it's an M40 SE or Hkp, with the typical coned air vent of this maker. With this pics it's dificult to judge, but an M40 with a reissued paint and decal it's a bit uncommon. Just my thoughts, better pictures will help!

Looks heavily cleaned,decal seems okay from these pics. and yes, m40 as already stated.
