From what I can see, I don't see any red flags.
Better pictures would help a person give a firmer opinion though.

Seems like a legit and nice combat helmet which is by the way beautifully named!. A close up of the decal would help indeed though!

It looks like a legit M35 refurnished post 1940. As said, better close ups would help.

This, decapitated eagle too...looks almost deliberate.
