Why are you so positive? Just asking the vast majority of these so called ship helms come from North Sea areas/ northern theatres imo I know its not as romantic as life on the open waves but still way cool in fact more so in my personal opinion.

The gold is there despite the rough condition the decal is in....i see a clear gold that is definitely not toned...

Thanks I was hoping it could offer more info but I don't have enough helmets in that range listed yet. So far the only SE KM's I have seen were in the 4000 range , all single decal factory repaints.
The decal is quite damaged , at first sight it looks like a Huber Jordan to me which is not an SE factory decal. If it is that decal it's a Heer imo.

Well, it would be really nice to see some sharp, clear pictures of this helmet. It is hard to see even what color the paint is on this one. Could well be a KM, but so far I am not convinced due to the poor quality of the pictures. Showing the same pictures over again doesn't help at all. This thread is getting a bit inane, frankly. I suggest you take really sharp, clear pictures, and give this helmet a proper presentation in its own thread.
