Luftwaffe visor with orange piping.

Hi all,

got a Luftwaffe visor with orange piping today, as used by the Feldgendarmerie units of the LW Felddivisionen. Question is how rare these are. I have seen several yellow, red, blue, white and brown piped, but never before an orange one.
Would love to hear your comments on this.

I'm afraid I have to agree. It's not the vibrant orange that I would expect for feldgendarme. I was hoping that it would be so. But, it really was baffling to me since this color change didn't occur til June of 1943. Not many enlisted peaked caps were being made by that stage of the game.
