Helmet opinions please

Everyone at work knows I collection German Militaria (badges and medals mostlt) and every now and then someone brings something in and asks me to ID it yada yada. Today a guy brought in this helmet. I don't know squat about these but told him I know where the experts are. So here it is and please give me the unbridled truth- I know I can count on you guys for that !!!!

Sorry to say but it is a Spanish helmet with a very bad repro decal

the inside. This is the last shot. Some of the things that bother me with this is the paint condition versus the decal condition. And the liner is a mystery also.

Looks like a copy of a German M42 helmet to me, a copy because the rivet retaining the liner and the liner arent corrent in my opinion, decals are bad fakes...probably for Deutsche Rotes Kreuz (German red Cross)
