M42 Police D/D Helmet

I am posting this helmet for a good friend. It came from the family of a collector who passed away a few years ago. Not being a helmet man, I would like a couple of opinions on it. The helmet is a CKL and is named inside. The decals are just so minty and if he decieds to sell it, I'll most likely list it for him. I want to make absolutely sure everything is kosher. It appears to be a real beauty.

Tell your buddy he has a real winner. The M42 style is harder to find.
