And what looks to be his duty number.

Can you show us a pic of the inside of the liner...........in other words show us a pic of the liner's reverse side.It looks to me that the liner has been out of the helmet as all of the rivets are loose and not tight fitting as they should be.However this happens to liners some time..........a pic of the in side where the rivets are pinned to the liner will clear that up jmo.

Chris, DO NOT TURN THAT LINER INSIDE OUT cause it will damage the leather around the outer edge and you will crack the tongues.
That liner is original to that helmet 100%
Only a complete idiot/novice would turn a liner inside out.
