SS Steel - Kelly Hicks

Has anyone seen any copies or proofs of the new Kelly Hicks' book being published by Bender Publishing ?

I was thinking of pre ordering a copy, can anyone advise it it is worth it or not to bother.

With the AUD/USD exchange it is a realitively expensive book for me so I don't want to waste money if it is no good

Believe me when I say that you will not be wasting your money on this one. In my opinion it will be the definitive reference on SS helmets...lots on new information, all colour helmet pics, decals, good and bad compared and separate chapters on each helmet maker. I'm certainly looking forward to it. And yes, I was honoured to be asked to proof it early on.

I spoke to Kelly yesterday about it, He said it will be available within two weeks.

350 pages I think, It will be a great one.

Hi Ty - as I said I received "new from Bender Publishing", which I get every now & then which lists the new books etc coming out as well as the regular stuff.

That's what sparked my interst in the Kelly Hicks book

I might ask if you preorder wether you get the 10 % + the 20 % assoc member discount.

Am I the only one in the whole world to get this pamplet
