Good advice, given that these photos are Dave's. (Haven't seen the auction photos, so I can't say if those are Dave's pictures or not.) No wonder he switched to watermarks!

Thanks everyone for help, warnings and opinions.

I wanted to buy it but the reserve price was too high (for me anyway and for the other bidders as well) so it went unsold.

The seller claims it was bought from Ken Niewiarowicz and it was no problem with local pickup so i guess everything was ok.
