I have nothing against this Helmet and have nothing against the seller. I just want to know what people think about this M42 LF SD Helmet. DO you think It would be a good helmet to start up a German Helmet collection?

YES! I would probably have already bought it if the seller sold outside the U.S!

from those pictures are you able to tell if the chin strap is original?

No pics of the liner? nice bird though....looks like a repro chinstrap, if the liner is good then its a very fair deal even if the chinstrap is a repro.
