    Helmet books

    Hello all,

I am looking to get books about WWII German Helmets. I prefer to get ones about Luftwaffe Helmets. DOes anyone know where I can get very good reference books on the subject.

Mods, please feel free to move if this is not the right section.

    Hi Trevor,

I have for sale a nice copy of Ludwig Baer's book on German Helmets. If you're unfamiliar with this book, it's one of the best German helmet books around.

    PM me if you're interested.

Another great book is Germany's combat helmets 1933-45 by Ken Niewiarowics, you can't go wrong with this one.

The two books mentioned are a must. Plus, Kelly Hicks SS books. Also the forums are a must. GHW and this forum are the best.

Is the Kelly Hicks SS book a very good reference book?
