Luftwaffe M42 SD ET64. I doubt this helmet was even issued was prob.taken in a store house. You can the quality standards went down though from the M35's and M40's.

I have never crazy about the chin strap, its go for display. I like the paint and decal and liner. I would like to get a nice 42 dated chinstrap for it thanks for the compliments.Comment

Nice helmet. The chinstrap is for sure 100% a repo. Just search "humpback" on the forum and you will quickly see what I mean.

Thanks Paul I appreciate the info on the chinstrap. I am always suspect of chinstraps that are 44 dated or later. I am going to look for a replacement soon.
