LW camos VS WH camos..why more?

I am looking at the LW helmet of the other thread and I am just wondering why there are more LW camo helmets than WH, even if the LW combat division were less??
Is this just a personal impression or not?
Maybe because all field LW divisions needed to camo their BLU helmets??

Luftwaffe helmets generally speaking had a better survival rate than it's Heer counter part considering the various roles each played in the Wehrmacht, this includes camo and non-camo Luft helmets. And generally speaking the majority of the exotic camo helmets are Luftwaffe helmets as well.

Weren't Luftwaffe units primarily stationed units (eg. flak guns, air bases, etc.). This being said, wouldn't they be more apt to camoflauge their gear for the ambush or hiding under artillery nets. Wehrmacht were much more mobile. One day in the city, the next day in the fields. I don't care how much camo you've got on, if your crossing a street, you'll be seen.
