    New Addition

This undecalled M42 is the newest addition to my modest helmet collection. Bears no signs of ever having a decal. I do believe that these too will be in short supply soon due to being faux decaled for sale on ebay. My attraction to this helmet is that a helmet of this type was likely worn in the last desperate days of the war, and is testimony to the condition of the German war industry in the condition, finish, and general makeup of this helmet versus helmets manufactured earlier in the war. The helmet stamping borderlines being crude apon examining the raw edges and the unreadable makers marks. Even the paint looks to be of a poorer quality. The helmet is a size 66, and the chinstrap is marked gtg 1943. No I won't be adding a faux SS decal to it.

Yes, that certainly is a rare helmet these days. Fakers just love these no-decal M42s. Nice helmet...is it an EF?

All the markings are totally unreadable. A helmet like this just makes me wonder on who's head and where was it on 6 May. 1945!

                Looks god

All we find in denmark the last couple off years is m42 with no decals.
In my country, it's very hard to find one with a decal.
if you take the last 20 or so off my latest helmets, 18 have been m42 ,2 m40 and only one have had a decal.

So just send us the ones with decals, and we will send you some without

                /Jacob

Just think. One day, the fakers might just run out of "No decal" original helmets to fake. MECH91. I agree. Hold on to that lid and protect it as if it were a little boy in a catholic monestary.
